Our CLub
The Erina Rotary Club
The membership of the Erina Rotary Club comprises men and women who use their skills to “do good in the world” – the motto of the Rotary Foundation.
The club was chartered in 1996 and meets on Tuesday evenings for dinner at the Erina Leagues Club, Ilya Avenue, Erina,
6:30 pm for a 7:00 pm start. Meetings finish at 8:30 pm.
We work in our local community, often with other like-minded organisations, to take action and create a difference and lasting change in people’s lives.
Like the 35,000+ Rotary clubs around the world we have a shared vision to engage in issues such as:
- Supporting education – we work with local schools in our area to provide programs for youth leadership, personal growth and development and student engagement. Click here to find out more about Top Blokes mentoring program.
- Helping the disadvantaged – in our local community on the Central Coast we partner with organisations such as Coast Shelter to raise funds for programs that provide crisis accommodation, meals, women’s refuges, family support and the prevention of domestic violence.
- We work on international projects that promote sustainable outcomes, such as clean water and sanitation, and maternal and child health – click here to find out more about Midwives East Timor Australia.
